Walking has become a surprisingly big part of my fitness routine. Between working from home, training for hiking, lifting, yoga, and just trying to get more movement into my day, I wanted a way to get my steps in without always having to plan another workout—or depend on Arizona weather cooperating.
That’s where my Merach UltraWalk W60 Plus comes in.
MERACH originally sent me this walking pad as part of a sponsored collaboration, but it has earned a spot in my home gym because it fits the way I actually live and train.
The biggest thing for me is convenience. I can put it under my standing desk and walk while I’m working, but it also has enough functionality that I can use it for an actual walking workout.
A few things I particularly like:
Level 12 Incline — especially useful for my hiking training.
0.6–4.0 mph speed range — I can stroll while working or pick up the pace for a dedicated walk.
Room for my stride — I'm 5'10", and I don't feel like I'm taking tiny steps to stay on it.
Easy to move and store — it has wheels, can be stored vertically, and doesn't take over my home gym.
MERACH App + remote control — I can use a programmed workout or control the speed and incline myself.
Built-in Bluetooth speaker + RGB lighting — completely unnecessary, but admittedly pretty fun. 😂
Magnetic remote storage — one tiny feature my perimenopause brain appreciates more than it probably should.
You can see exactly how I'm using it in my home gym in the video below.
If you're looking for a walking pad for your home gym, standing desk, incline walking, or simply making it easier to get more steps into your day, you can check out the one I'm using here:

MERACH provided my walking pad at no cost as part of a sponsored collaboration. The link above is an affiliate link, which means I may earn a commission if you purchase through it at no additional cost to you.
I'm a big believer that fitness doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes the boring basics are boring because they work.
And walking? Very boring. Very effective. 😂
