Group coaching is included in the FitFlow 365 app. I conduct 2x monthly WORK SESSIONS where I teach you how to IMPLEMENT in your day to day life! You also have acccess to the OPERATION FIT AF 365 FB Community! This does not include 1:1 support.
Best for: Women who want to be a part of a small, but growing community of women on the same journey. Also great for women who want access to on demand yoga, fitness, and nutrition programs.
