I also tracked my food (my “diet” commitment) and paid closer attention to meal timing so I wasn’t doing downward dogs with a full stomach.

How I Structured My 75 Days of Yoga

  • Asana (movement): Physical yoga classes most days (in studio, on Peloton, or self-led).
  • Meditation: Short sessions on days I needed mental rest.

This variety kept me consistent for 75 days straight.
